deconex® HT 1053 is a mildly alkaline liquid surfactantcontaining cleaning concentrate. It is used for the removal of anticorrosive protective oils and residues of emulsions from hard metals and HSS steel parts prior to PVD/CVD coating.
deconex® HT 1053 can also be used in combination with other specified products.
deconex® HT 1053 is used in spray cleaning systems or in
sprinkling modules in ultrasonic cleaning systems.
Properties
Due to its formulation with different surfactants, deconex®
HT 1053 is very effective for the removal of all types of anticorrosive protective oils and emulsion residues. This makes the product very suitable for precleaning hard metals and HSS steel parts. deconex® HT 1053 can also be used for final cleaning.
