deconex® HT 1239 is a liquid, mildly alkaline cleaning concentrate suitable for removing polishing pastes, water-soluble adhesives and water-soluble protective lacquers on steels, including HSS steel, and on carbides.
deconex® HT 1239 is also used as a liquid corrosion inhibitor for steels, including HSS steel, and on carbides. It prevents the formation of rust during the final rinsing process and subsequent drying. The product also offers long-term protection against corrosion. This means it can also be used as a corrosion inhibitor outside the cleaning process.
deconex® HT 1239 is used in immersion and ultrasonic baths with fully demineralised water. In a cleaning process, it is used in the pre-cleaning stage. When used as a corrosion inhibitor, it is used in a standing bath of DI water prior to the final DI water rinse or in the last DI water rinsing bath.
